I am really pleased with the service that Stuart's provides. Lois is efficient, organised, assertive and knowledgeable. It was very reassuring working with Lois on a problem with the boiler in my flat. Lois arranged for a plumber to visit the property and address the problem within a very small time frame. The outcome was positive and much more economic than previous quotes. This is exactly the service you want from a letting agent.

I highly, highly recommend Stuart and his team for any property management and listing in the Somerset area. What makes it so great, is that I live in Sydney, Australia, so having someone trustworthy is of paramount importance. Stuart has been managing my apartment in Shepton Mallet now for little over 6 years. He is always prompt in replying to emails, he manages the DPS aspect and also sends me photos at regular points through the year, keeping me updated on the condition of the property. He has also made me aware of any potential red flags with monies or tenants taking up the property and has only let the place with people he’s deemed trustworthy.

This is only my second time renting a property after buying my first house many years ago.
