I highly, highly recommend Stuart and his team for any property management and listing in the Somerset area. What makes it so great, is that I live in Sydney, Australia, so having someone trustworthy is of paramount importance. Stuart has been managing my apartment in Shepton Mallet now for little over 6 years. He is always prompt in replying to emails, he manages the DPS aspect and also sends me photos at regular points through the year, keeping me updated on the condition of the property. He has also made me aware of any potential red flags with monies or tenants taking up the property and has only let the place with people he’s deemed trustworthy.

This is only my second time renting a property after buying my first house many years ago.
Everything was well explained throughout the process and the staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any question I had.

Whist dealing with Stuarts Residential, we solely had contact with the lovely Lydia. Only ever dealing with one person meant every time we got in touch she new exactly who we were so no need to repeat ourselves to lots of different members of staff.
Although it took quite a long time to get our property sorted due to unforeseen circumstances, Lydia was constantly keeping us updated and we felt looked after throughout the whole process.

Stuarts Residential just completed the letting of my 3 bedroom house in Street. I was very please how they kept me informed as things progressed and offered good advice and help. Fees very reasonable and I would certainly use them again.

I have used Stuart’s Residential a number of times now for the letting of my properties. On each occasion they have been extremely efficient. Their comprehensive approach to referencing the tenants has ensured that I have had excellent long term tenants.
On the most recent let, they secured four, different prospective tenants which meant I had the opportunity to choose the ones I felt were best for me. Stuart was helpful in this process, providing sound expertise to assist in choosing. Lois’ progressed the tenancy and monitored the referencing process closely. She kept me updated at each step of the way. She also made sure I carried out my legal obligations and ensured the relevant paperwork was correct and issued promptly. All in all I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Professional, helpful, efficient and friendly from start to finish. We let our property in Bath through Stuarts and they quickly found us tenants as well as completing the paperwork relating to the let both efficiently and professionally. Although the office is in Wells and the property is in Bath this did not cause any concerns. Thank you!
