We have a few properties with Stuart.. and he manages all aspects . He and Lois are efficient, speedy to deal and act on any problems, and always there to talk to on the phone.

Whist dealing with Stuarts Residential, we solely had contact with the lovely Lydia. Only ever dealing with one person meant every time we got in touch she new exactly who we were so no need to repeat ourselves to lots of different members of staff.
Although it took quite a long time to get our property sorted due to unforeseen circumstances, Lydia was constantly keeping us updated and we felt looked after throughout the whole process.

Stuart’s Residential Ltd have managed my flat for 3yrs. I have had no issues and would highly recommend Stuart and his Team. The Tenant checks have been reassuring, the regular property checks are documented thoroughly with photos and communications are friendly and helpful. If I had further properties to let out then I would use Stuart Residential.

Stuarts Residential just completed the letting of my 3 bedroom house in Street. I was very please how they kept me informed as things progressed and offered good advice and help. Fees very reasonable and I would certainly use them again.

I have used Stuart’s Residential a number of times now for the letting of my properties. On each occasion they have been extremely efficient. Their comprehensive approach to referencing the tenants has ensured that I have had excellent long term tenants.
On the most recent let, they secured four, different prospective tenants which meant I had the opportunity to choose the ones I felt were best for me. Stuart was helpful in this process, providing sound expertise to assist in choosing. Lois’ progressed the tenancy and monitored the referencing process closely. She kept me updated at each step of the way. She also made sure I carried out my legal obligations and ensured the relevant paperwork was correct and issued promptly. All in all I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Professional, helpful, efficient and friendly from start to finish. We let our property in Bath through Stuarts and they quickly found us tenants as well as completing the paperwork relating to the let both efficiently and professionally. Although the office is in Wells and the property is in Bath this did not cause any concerns. Thank you!

Stuarts Residential have been brilliant dealing with the letting of my One bedroom flat. Due to circumstances I have not been in the area whilst arranging the letting, but communication was always clear and punctual making things easy for me meaning I haven’t had to worry. 10/10

We have various rental properties and Anna has always found us tenants very quickly and does a lot of work getting it listed online and showing prospective tenants around. We would definitely recommend Anna and Stuart to anyone looking to rent a property.

his is the second time we have used Stuarts to rent out our flat. I found them very efficient in finding us a tenant and very helpful. Any queries I had were dealt with promptly, I dealt mostly with Beckie and Lois (although Stuart was very helpful in finding some manuals for me). Hopefully our tenant will be staying for a while but we will be using Stuarts again in the future

We were a very urgent case as we were due to have our baby in a few weeks. Anna was very efficient and despite it being a busy Spring time and some hoops to jump, made sure we had everything which got us through on time.
