We also hold Client Money Protection to ensure all rent and deposit monies are fully and correctly accounted for and that our accounts are audited annually by a third party.

Our tenant information guide contains  details of any permitted charges that tenants would be liable for under the Tenant Fees Act 2019.

Very occasionally, despite our best efforts, sometimes things can go wrong. In the unlikely event that we can’t resolve matters then our complaints procedure explains the options available to you.
