I chose Stuarts over 3 other local agents.

Whilst the office girls have been brilliant and totally efficient, my choice was down to the service received at the outset by Andy Hamilton. He was my reason for choosing Stuarts. If I could I would give you 7 stars.

Its many years since using Jill Meadows for letting purposes but Andy was far more than I could have expected. He has found me a perfect pair of tenants and has made the process easy for me. I am truly grateful and will not hesitate to recommend Stuarts.

As always straightforward and hassle free. Good communication in all aspects. After 10 years of working with them we would highly recommend.

Efficient as ever

Excellent service, so helpful and professional.

I’ve met three team members who were all courteous and professional. The firm is modern in its processes e.g. making use of latest technology such electronic signature. As a result, the paperwork is done properly and quickly. I felt well informed all along the application process till move-in date. In general I found the team very responsive which means I’ve managed to move in within a record low timeframe. Quite impressive overall, hope the day to day tenancy proves to be of the same style.

Stuarts Residential are a very friendly but professional letting agency, I have been really pleased with the level of knowledge they cover on all aspects of letting, they are very efficient and get quality tenants into my 5 properties very quickly, they all work really hard to ensure I get an excellent all round service including repair work, nothing is to much trouble…I would highly recommend them.

Very pleased with all the online stuff. I had some challenges as I’ve lived abroad for over 20 years, so had no British credit history. We fixed it all OK. The staff were very helpful and kept me informed as the process rolled along. I needed accommodation quickly as I have no abode in Britain. Covid restrictions meant we couldn’t do hand-over at property, but the process at the office was simple and quick. Thanks.
