During your tenancy:

Amendment fee:
0.00 (including VAT)
Contract negotiation, amending terms and updating your tenancy agreement during your tenancy agreement

Fixed Term renewal fee:
0.00 (including VAT)
Contract negotiation, amending terms and updating terms and providing a further fixed term tenancy agreement

Ending your tenancy:

Check out Fee:
0.00 (including VAT)
Attending the property to undertake a check out report and negotiating the repayment of the deposit

Unpaid Rent: Interest at 8% above HSBC Bank rate from date due

The application/administration fee is non-refundable and will be forfeited if you:

  • Fail to return the completed application forms within 5 working days of payment of the application/administration fee
  • Fail the referencing process or provide us with inaccurate or incomplete information during your application
  • Withdraw from the proposed tenancy at any time prior to the tenancy agreement being signed
The application/administration fee is fully refundable should the Landlord withdraw from an accepted tenancy offer.

In most cases, a deposit equivalent to one months' rent is payable prior to the commencement of the tenancy. However the amount of deposit can vary depending on the tenant(s) individual circumstances and the property. Please contact us to confirm the exact amount of deposit payable.

Once the application/administration fee has been paid and the application form completed the property will be taken off the market and reserved for you, subject to referencing and Landlord acceptance.
