We all know it, but now its official! Location really does matter.
A recent study claims to have found the location where people are the happiest!
According to Rightmove, those people living in Hexham in Northumberland are the happiest in the UK. Quite how they discovered this isn’t clear so before you take a trip up North to find your new home, you might be wise to do your own research. And of course there are some “happy towns” elsewhere in the UK.
