As Coronavirus continues to remain a serious threat to society we thought we would share with you what we are doing to keep you and our team safe.

In line with the current Government Guidance, where we can work from home we are doing so. Our telephone and software systems have proved to work efficiently in a remote working environment and we are pleased to say this has not caused any disruption to our day to day management of properties.

From the 13th July 2020 our office will re-open with revised hours and with a reduced number of staff on a rota basis. Our opening hours for telephone calls, emails and general enquiries remain as 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Should you need to visit us we would ask that you only do so if absolutely neccessary and you can do this between the hours of 10am and 2pm by making an appointment in advance.

On arrival you will find the office layout has changed a little. You will be asked to stay in the restricted zone and we will have a table where you can drop off paperwork of keys. At all times we would ask you to observe the 2 metres guideline (or 1 metre where 2 metres is not practical). You will also notice lots of signage around the office which will help direct you.

There will be hand sanitizer available at the front door and we would encourage you to use this on the way in and again on your way out.

To minimise contact we have installed a key safe where keys can be collected or dropped off outside of the office visiting hours and by phoning ahead you will be given clear instructions on how to use this.

For those wanting to view properties we have invested in Virtual Tour technology so that you are able to virtually view a property before deciding if you would like to make an application. The referencing and tenancy set up process will be done online and you will have an opportunity to physically visit the property before you make a final decision to proceed. Our team will talk you through this process once you have found a property you are interested in. We are working hard on other aspects of our Property Management to design systems that reduce face to face contact and will keep you updated as these progress.
