We’ve Opened a New Office!

It has been a busy old few months at Stuarts Residential. Not only have we been flat out with new landlord enquiries, we have also been actively setting up new tenancies for our clients.

We have also welcomed Thea and Garry to our team.

Of course this is all good news. Make hay while the sun shines and all that, but it has left us rather short on space. So, our leader Stuart, has opened a new office!

Situated in St Cuthbert Street, Wells this is now home for Andy and Garry and from where we can deal with the promotion of property, help with new landlord enquires and start the application process for tenants.

With easy on-street parking, the new office is accessible and also has a separate meeting room. Feel free to pop in and see us next time you are passing. Garry makes a mean cup of tea by all accounts.

Our current office remains our central office and is now the nerve centre for all our property management and administration.
