Updated Government Guidance

The Government have today updated their guidance for the Tenant Fees Act 2019.

This is in part because the transition period for the Act ended on the 31st May 2020 and it is now retrospective to tenancies in place before the Act came into force.

Helpfully they have also added some information relating to how the Covid-19 crisis may affect the obligations under the Act. You can see the guidance here
