As owner and Managing Director, Stuart spends his working days overseeing the running of the Stuarts Residential and is the first point of contact for new landlord clients.

Having set up Stuarts Residential in 2011 and after 20 plus years in the property industry there is not much he hasn’t experienced, and this wealth of expertise means landlords know their investment is in safe hands.

As well as being an ardent Liverpool fan, Stuart enjoys running, cycling, music, cooking and beer gardens.

There is not much that gets past Lois, so it is well known that she is the real boss of Stuarts Residential!

With exacting standards, an encyclopaedic knowledge of our landlords and tenants, Lois is responsible for the smooth running of our Property Management team. Most of all she thrives in dealing with the differing challenges each day brings.

When she is not resolving problems, Lois enjoys lifting weights in the gym, spending quality time with friends and binge watching a good box set.

Having already achieved an Intermediate Level Diploma in Business Administration, Level 3 Certificate in Customer Service, Level 3 Diploma in Residential Property Letting and Management, she is now beginning her studies towards a Level 4 Diploma in Property Letting and Management.

Lois has been with Stuarts Residential since June 2015.

Garry is a wizard at valuing properties and is the first port of call for all landlords looking to let their empty properties!

Having spent many years working in customer service, Garry has a friendly, helpful and can do approach to all enquiries, regardless how tricky they seem!

Away from work you are likely to find Garry in a music shop, at a gig or playing football. Much to Stuart’s relief, Garry is a huge Liverpool FC fan.

Garry has working in the property industry since October 2021 and has been with Stuarts Residential since February 2022.

Lydia helps to ensure that payments are made to our landlords, contractors and suppliers.

Armed with her selection of pastel highlighters and meticulous systems she ensures that all payments are made promptly.

Spontaneous days out with her young family and a cosy night with a takeaway feature high on the list during her spare time.

Before discovering the joys of parenthood, she achieved her Level 2 Diploma in residential property letting and management and is now studying towards her Level 3 Diploma.

Lydia has been with Stuarts Residential since September 2017.

With over a decade of experience in the local lettings market predominantly working at Jill Meadows there is nothing that Elise hasn’t seen, heard or experienced when it comes to property letting and management.

Elise is a fantastic all rounder who is able to help Landlords appraise their properties, find tenants, prepare tenancy related paperwork and sort out repair and maintenance issues.

Out of work Elise has a young family that keeps her busy, but when she gets chance then you can find her relaxing in a beer garden with friends.

Elise has been with Stuarts Residential since February 2023.

Having come from a ‘never knowingly undersold’ retail background, Stephen enjoys the challenges of providing excellent customer service to all our clients.

This is especially important when it comes to helping landlords find the best tenants for their properties.

Originally from Wales, Stephen is a rugby fan and tried his best (unsuccesfully) to educate Stuart and Garry on why it is a far superior game to football.

Stephen has been with Stuarts Residential since February 2023!

Starting in the property industry in 1994 Richard has known Stuart since the early days. He has worked across the South West during this time, including owning his own successful business for many years. These days he acts as an Associate Director for Stuarts Residential alongside working as a legislative advisor, consultant and trainer throughout the industry.

As well as being a small portfolio landlord, his passions include his young family, running, attempting to play 7 a side football, and following the trials and tribulations of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.
