The long awaited Renters Reform Bill has been published and introduced into parliament. The second reading has been confirmed for tomorrow (18th May).
Whilst there is still some way to go before the final legislation comes out of the sausage machine, much of what is included was expected including the removal of Section 21 notices.
It is likely this will become law in early 2024.
